Wholesale application information: if you apply for a wholesale account, we collect business details including business name, phone, website, store type, resale certificate or tax ID, EIN (if provided), and business address.

Payment information: we do not directly collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which handles and stores your card information under its own security and privacy practices.

Content you submit: product reviews and messages sent through our Contact page or custom request form.

Technical information: like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) as part of normal operation.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: process and fulfill your orders; create and manage your account; verify your email address; communicate with you about your orders, account, or messages you send us; review and manage wholesale applications; display product reviews; prevent fraud and keep the site secure; and improve our site and product offering.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — to keep you signed in and to remember your cart contents. We do not currently use analytics services or third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate this site: Stripe, to process payments and calculate sales tax; Resend, to send account verification codes and order-related emails; and Vercel, which hosts the website. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and has its own privacy practices governing that data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with the service providers listed above, to the extent needed for them to do their job (for example, sharing your address with Stripe to calculate shipping tax); when required by law or to comply with a legal process; or if the business is ever sold or transferred, in which case customer information would transfer as part of that transaction.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and as long as necessary to fulfill orders, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, secure password hashing, and Stripe's own security infrastructure for payment data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Your Choices

You can update your name, email, or password at any time from your account settings. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. You can contact us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to request that your account and associated data be deleted, subject to what we're required to retain for legal or tax purposes.

Children's Privacy

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.

Where We Operate

We currently sell to and ship within the United States only. If that changes in the future, we'll update this policy to reflect how we handle information for customers outside the US.
