Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site or place an order.

Eligibility to Use the Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order on your own behalf. If you're under that age, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Products & Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products, including materials and dimensions, as accurately as possible. Because our goods are genuine leather and many pieces are handcrafted, minor natural variation in grain, color, texture, and finish between individual items should be expected and is not a defect. Product photos are representative but may differ slightly from the item you receive due to this natural variation and normal display differences between screens.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change at any time without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you'll be charged. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not directly collect or store your card details.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. Approved wholesale accounts with a valid resale certificate on file are tax-exempt on qualifying purchases; this exemption is applied automatically to your wholesale account once your certificate is on file.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Two shipping options are offered at checkout: Standard Shipping ($8.00, arriving in 5-7 business days) and Express Shipping ($18.00, arriving in 2-3 business days). Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping; the delivery estimates above begin once your order ships, not when it's placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Wholesale orders ship under the freight terms shown at wholesale checkout, which may differ from retail shipping rates.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page with your order number. We can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet; once an order has shipped, our Returns & Exchanges policy applies instead.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be genuinely happy with your leather goods. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they're unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Custom-embossed pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale, unless there's a defect in materials or workmanship. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom and embossed products are made to your specifications after you place your order. Because of this, custom orders are generally final sale as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy, except where there's a defect in materials or workmanship. We'll confirm timing and details with you after you submit a custom request.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale accounts are subject to application and manual approval. Approved accounts receive wholesale pricing and, where applicable, quantity price breaks and net-terms invoicing. A valid resale certificate or tax ID is required to apply. New wholesale accounts start with a $250 minimum order value; this and other account terms (such as net-terms eligibility) may be adjusted for individual accounts at our discretion after approval.

Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of what we make. If a piece has a genuine defect in materials or workmanship, contact us and we'll make it right as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Normal wear, natural leather aging and patina development, and damage from misuse or lack of care are not covered.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including our logo, product photography, product descriptions, and page designs — is the property of Leather Goods Texas and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

User Accounts

Creating an account requires a valid email address, which must be verified before you can sign in. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Product Reviews & User Content

If you submit a product review, it must reflect your own genuine experience and must not be false, misleading, unlawful, or infringe on anyone else's rights. Reviews are checked before they're published on the site, and we may decline to publish, edit, or remove any review at our discretion. By submitting a review, you grant us permission to display it on this website in connection with the relevant product.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this website to: violate any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the site without our permission; submit false or fraudulent orders, applications, or reviews; infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's; or impersonate any person or business.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leather Goods Texas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or our Returns & Exchanges policy, products and this website are provided "as is" without additional warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those required by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Leather Goods Texas harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of this website.
